Poetic Noble Land Mermaid Black IPA
“Poetic & Noble Land-Mermaid IPA” is a black IPA (6.7% ABV and 65 IBU) crafted with clever brewing measures and a blend of hops created in support of the @pinkbootsdenver @pinkbootssociety, which promotes women in the brewing trade. The beer’s boil hops were Idaho 7 and Meridian, and Dry Hopped with the Pink Boots Hop Blend. The debittered Carafa III helps restrain the roasty flavor while keeping the dark color. It balances beautifully with the citrus and tropical fruits notes from the hops
