D-180 is the basis for the perfect cloning of Westvleteren 12, Rochefort 10, and many other dark Belgian Ales. Easy to De-Crystallize
If your candi sugar is solidified, don't worry!
Your candi sugar has simply crystallized, but is still safe to use. To return your candi sugar to a liquid state, place it in a heat-safe container, then gently warm it up, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 110° Fahrenheit.
