Infusion Oak Spiral: American Char #3

Char#3 American oak spiral adds super dark color, smoke, vanilla, and caramel flavors with nice tannin structure. The suggested usage is 1 stick per 3 gallons. Spiral may be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity.
